Raf-1 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Raf-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHCP, FCM, and ELISA. Raf-1 Antibody (E-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Raf-1, also known as c-Raf or RAF1, is a crucial serine/threonine kinase that plays a significant role in the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, which is essential for regulating cell division, differentiation, and survival.
