    SEE ALSO...

Rae-1δ Antibody (Charlotte 1.23) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects the Rae-1 delta protein of mouse origin by flow cytometry (FCM). anti-Rae-1δ antibody (Charlotte 1.23) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including phycoerythrin (PE) and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), providing flexibility for different experimental needs. Rae-1 delta protein plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the activation of natural killer (NK) cells, which are essential for targeting and eliminating tumor and infected cells. Rae-1 delta is part of the NKG2D ligand family, which includes other ligands such as H60, and is expressed at low levels in normal tissues while being upregulated in certain tumors. Rae-1 and NKG2D receptor interaction influences cell susceptibility to NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Rae-1 and H60 compete for binding to NKG2D, with NKG2D exhibiting a much higher affinity for H60, which can impact the overall immune response against tumors. Understanding Rae-1 delta and its interactions is vital for developing therapeutic strategies that enhance NK cell activity in cancer immunotherapy.
