SEE ALSO...

RADX Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RADX protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RADX (A-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RADX plays a crucial role in regulating DNA repair processes, particularly in response to replication stress, which is vital for maintaining genomic stability. By facilitating damaged DNA repair, RADX helps prevent mutations that could lead to cancer and other genetic disorders. RADX function is especially important in rapidly dividing cells, such as those in developing tissues or tumors, where DNA damage risk is heightened. Understanding RADX role in DNA repair mechanisms not only reveals fundamental cellular processes but also opens avenues for therapeutic interventions in cancer treatment, where targeting DNA repair pathways can enhance certain chemotherapeutic agents′ efficacy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from do not workI tried this ab using 1:500 dilution but, by Western blot analysis of CXorf57 expression in primary fibroblast whole cell lysate, I can not detect any signal, both using the normal and plus ECL. Then I tried to let the membrain incubate o.n. but I get the same result.
