SEE ALSO...

Rad17 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Rad17 protein of human origin through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Rad17 monoclonal antibody (H-3) is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Rad17 protein plays a crucial role in DNA damage response by facilitating activation of cell cycle checkpoints, which are essential for maintaining genomic integrity. Rad17 (H-3) antibody is involved in formation of 9-1-1 complex, which is critical for recruitment of repair factors to sites of DNA damage. This recruitment allows for proper repair of damaged DNA before cell proceeds to replicate, thereby preventing propagation of mutations that could lead to cancer or other genetic disorders. Rad17 interaction with other checkpoint proteins, such as Rad9 and Mec3, underscores importance in orchestrating coordinated response to DNA damage, ensuring cells can effectively manage and repair genomic lesions.
