Rab 27a Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Rab 27a in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Rab 27a plays a crucial role in regulating vesicular transport, particularly in the movement of lysosome-related organelles, which is essential for processes like melanosome motility in melanocytes and the release of lytic granules in cytotoxic T lymphocytes.
