PYPAF7 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PYPAF7 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PYPAF7 antibody (A-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PYPAF7, also known as Monarch-1, plays a crucial role in regulating inflammatory responses and apoptosis by modulating caspase-1 activation through ASC protein and promoting NFκB activation via IKK. This regulation is vital for maintaining immune homeostasis and responding to infections, as dysregulation of these pathways can lead to inflammatory diseases. PYPAF7 is predominantly located in cytoplasm of peripheral blood leukocytes, particularly in eosinophils and granulocytes, with lower expression levels in monocytes. PYPAF7 gene is mapped to human chromosome 19q13.4, highlighting evolutionary conservation and significance across species.
