PTPκ Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects PTP kappa protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PTPκ antibody (H-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PTP kappa protein is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family, which plays a crucial role in regulating cellular processes such as growth, differentiation, and signaling pathways. PTPκ (H-3) monoclonal antibody recognizes a protein that localizes to the cell membrane and is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and communication, which is vital for maintaining tissue integrity and function.
