    SEE ALSO...

PTD012 Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects PTD012 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PTD012 (E-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PTD012 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in stress responses and cellular homeostasis. PTD012 (E-3) monoclonal antibody helps researchers understand PTD012′s involvement in regulating key processes such as apoptosis and cell cycle progression, which are vital for maintaining normal cellular function and preventing diseases like cancer. The gene encoding PTD012 is located on chromosome 11, a region known for its dense association with various genetic disorders, highlighting PTD012′s potential implications in both health and disease. PTD012 has been provisionally designated pending further characterization, and ongoing research aims to elucidate precise biological roles and interactions within the cell.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-390408 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Professor Griffin
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
