    SEE ALSO...

PSP94 Antibody (G-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PSP94 of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PSP94 Antibody (G-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Prostate secretory protein, or PSP94, is a 94 amino acid protein predominantly expressed in semen, playing crucial roles in both local and systemic functions within the reproductive tract. PSP94 is involved in the regulation of prostate health, and PSP94 levels are significantly altered in prostate cancer, a prevalent malignancy often linked to skeletal metastases that can lead to severe morbidity and mortality. PSP94′s ability to interact with specific proteins, such as the androgen receptor, highlights PSP94′s importance in modulating androgen signaling pathways, which are critical for prostate development and function. Elevated PSP94 levels may serve as a biomarker for certain sub-populations of low-stage and low-grade prostatic carcinoma, offering potential insights for targeted management and therapeutic strategies.
