PSP94 Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects PSP94 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Prostate secretory protein, or PSP94, is a 94 amino acid protein predominantly expressed in semen, playing crucial roles in both local and systemic functions within the reproductive tract. Notably, PSP94 is involved in the regulation of prostate health, and PSP94 levels are significantly altered in prostate cancer, a prevalent malignancy often linked to skeletal metastases that can lead to severe morbidity and mortality.
