    SEE ALSO...

PSKH1 Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PSKH1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PSKH1 (E-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PSKH1, which consists of 424 amino acids, plays a crucial role in cellular processes by acting as a splicing factor compartment-associated serine kinase, thereby influencing mRNA processing and the trafficking of serine/arginine-rich proteins. PSKH1 localization within the cell is significant, as anti-PSKH1 antibody (E-9) detects expression in the Golgi apparatus, nuclear speckles, centrosomes, and the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum, highlighting involvement in various cellular compartments and functions. As a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family, PSKH1 is essential for the phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of proteins on serine and threonine residues, which are vital for regulating numerous cellular functions, including cell division, homeostasis, and apoptosis. Additionally, PSKH1 exists as a homodimer and undergoes autophosphorylation on specific serine residues, further emphasizing regulatory capabilities within the cell.
