PSKH1 Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PSKH1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PSKH1 (E-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PSKH1, which consists of 424 amino acids, plays a crucial role in cellular processes by acting as a splicing factor compartment-associated serine kinase, thereby influencing mRNA processing and the trafficking of serine/arginine-rich proteins. PSKH1 localization within the cell is significant, as anti-PSKH1 antibody (E-9) detects expression in the Golgi apparatus, nuclear speckles, centrosomes, and the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum, highlighting involvement in various cellular compartments and functions.
