    SEE ALSO...

PRR18 Antibody (G-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects PRR18 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PRR18 antibody (G-6) is available as the non-conjugated form. PRR18, consisting of 295 amino acids, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and protein-protein interactions, particularly as a ligand for SH3, WW, and EVH1 domains, which are essential for various cellular processes including cytoskeletal organization and signal transduction. Understanding PRR18 function is vital, as PRR18 may influence pathways related to cell growth and differentiation, and PRR18 dysregulation has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer. PRR18 gene is located on human chromosome 6q27, a region associated with various genetic disorders and cancer susceptibility, highlighting PRR18′s importance in both normal physiology and disease states. Using PRR18 (G-6) antibody in research can provide insights into PRR18′s functional dynamics and potential implications in health and disease.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-398597 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: cjMara
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
