    SEE ALSO...

PROSER2 Antibody (G-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PROSER2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PROSER2 (G-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. PROSER2 protein plays a crucial role in the regulation of neuronal differentiation and is involved in the development of the central nervous system, making PROSER2 significant for understanding neurodevelopmental disorders. PROSER2 expression is particularly important during embryonic development, where PROSER2 influences the fate of neural progenitor cells. Additionally, aberrations in PROSER2 expression have been linked to various neurological conditions, highlighting PROSER2 as a potential biomarker for disease states. PROSER2 localization within the cytoplasm and interactions with other signaling molecules underscore PROSER2′s importance in cellular communication and function. By utilizing anti-PROSER2 antibody (G-11), researchers can gain insights into the mechanisms underlying neuronal development and associated pathologies, facilitating advancements in therapeutic strategies.
