PP5 Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PP5 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PP5 antibody (H-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PP5, also known as protein phosphatase T (PP-T, PPP5C), plays a crucial role in cellular regulation by dephosphorylating serine and threonine residues, which is vital for processes such as cell division, homeostasis, and apoptosis.
