Pontin 52 Antibody (A-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Pontin 52 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Pontin 52 antibody (A-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Pontin 52, also known as RUVBL1, plays a crucial role in cellular processes as a nuclear matrix protein primarily located in the nucleoplasm, where RUVBL1 is involved in the regulation of gene expression and chromatin remodeling. Notably, Pontin 52 is not found in the nucleoli, which highlights RUVBL1′s specific functional localization within the nucleus.
