POFUT1 Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects POFUT1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). POFUT1 (F-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. POFUT1, also known as protein O-fucosyltransferase 1, plays a crucial role in regulating Notch signaling pathways, which are essential for cell communication and differentiation during development.
