PLU-1 Antibody (7H3D7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PLU-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PLU-1 (7H3D7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PLU-1, consisting of 1,544 amino acids, is primarily located in the nucleus and plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation, particularly during development. PLU-1 interacts with key developmental transcription factors such as brain factor-1 (BF-1) and paired box 9 (PAX9), which are essential for proper cellular differentiation and organogenesis.
