SEE ALSO...

PKC θ Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody designed to target the protein kinase C theta (PRKCQ) protein. PKC θ monoclonal antibody (E-7) recognizes a precise epitope mapping between amino acids 690-707 at the C-terminus of mouse PKC θ, with detection across multiple species, including mouse, rat, and human. PKC θ, also known as protein kinase C θ, is a critical enzyme involved in T-cell activation and the regulation of immune responses, making PKC θ an important target for studies in immunology and therapeutic research. PKC θ encompasses key regulatory roles in cellular processes such as cell growth, differentiation, gene expression, hormone secretion, and membrane function, underscoring PKC θ significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and signaling pathways. PKC θ monoclonal antibody (E-7) is versatile in applications, effectively performing in western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), which facilitates comprehensive analysis in various experimental settings. Additionally, PKC θ (E-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated form and multiple conjugated forms, including horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and several Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing flexibility for diverse research needs. PKC θ research can provide deeper insights into mechanisms underlying immune regulation and identify potential therapeutic targets for autoimmune diseases and cancer.
