SEE ALSO...

Pin1 Antibody (G-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody engineered to detect Pin1, also known as peptidylprolyl cis/trans isomerase, NIMA-interacting 1. Anti-Pin1 antibody (G-8) recognizes the C-terminal epitope comprising amino acids 41-163 of human Pin1, ensuring precise and reliable binding. Pin1 is a crucial enzyme that catalyzes the cis/trans isomerization of phosphorylated serine/threonine-proline motifs, a process essential for proper protein folding, function, and regulation of various signaling pathways. This isomerase activity is vital for cell cycle progression and has been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, underscoring its importance in both normal cellular physiology and pathological conditions. Pin1 monoclonal antibody (G-8) demonstrates broad species reactivity, effectively detecting Pin1 from mouse, rat, and human origins, and is recommended for use in western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). This versatility makes Pin1 (G-8) antibody an indispensable tool for researchers investigating the mechanistic roles of Pin1 in cell viability and disease mechanisms. Available in both non-conjugated form and multiple conjugated variants, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates, Pin1 (G-8) monoclonal antibody accommodates diverse experimental requirements.
