    SEE ALSO...

PILR-α/β Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PILR-α/β protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PILR-α/β antibody (H-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PILR-α/β protein plays a crucial role in immune regulation, particularly through interaction with specific ligands that modulate immune cell responses. PILR-α/β protein is primarily located on the surface of immune cells, where PILR-α/β protein participates in the recognition of ligands that can either activate or inhibit immune signaling pathways. PILR-β, the activating member of the receptor pair, initiates signaling cascades vital for maintaining a balanced immune response, preventing overactivation that could lead to autoimmune disorders. PILR-α and PILR-β genes are situated in a tandem head-to-tail orientation on human chromosome 7, a region rich in genes that contribute to various biological functions, highlighting the importance of this receptor pair in immune system regulation.
