PIAS 1 Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects PIAS 1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PIAS 1 antibody (F-1) is available as the non-conjugated form. PIAS 1, also known as Protein Inhibitor Of Activated STAT 1, plays a crucial role in regulating the STAT signaling pathway, which mediates cellular responses to various cytokines, particularly those in the IL-6-type family. By binding specifically to Stat1, PIAS 1 inhibits DNA-binding activity, preventing transcriptional activation of genes essential for immune response, cell growth, and differentiation.
