PI 3-kinase p85β Antibody (H-1): sc-515646

PI 3-kinase p85β Antibody (H-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PI 3-kinase p85β in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PI 3-kinase p85β (H-1) antibody is available in non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PI 3-kinase p85β functions as an adapter in phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase signaling, regulating cellular growth, proliferation, and survival. PI 3-kinase p85β consists of p85 and p110 subunits, where p85β interacts with activated protein tyrosine kinases to facilitate p110 isoform activation. PI 3-kinase p85β contains one SH3 and two SH2 domains essential for signal transduction. PI 3-kinase p85β interaction with p110α and p110β isoforms regulates cellular responses to growth factors and hormones, making PI 3-kinase p85β a significant target in cancer and metabolic disease research.
