PI 3-kinase p85α/β/p55γ Antibody (D-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 323-596 within an internal region of human PI 3-kinase p85β, with reactivity in mouse, rat, and human species. PI 3-kinase p85α/β/p55γ (D-9) antibody is validated for western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PI 3-kinase, also known as phosphoinositide-3-kinase, is a heterodimer composed of a regulatory subunit (p85) and a catalytic subunit (p110), and phosphorylates phosphoinositides at the 3′ OH position of their inositol rings.
