PI 3-kinase p85α Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 333-430 within the N-terminal SH2 domain of human PI 3-kinase p85α, with reactivity in mouse, rat, and human species. PI 3-kinase p85α monoclonal antibody (B-9) is validated for applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin embedded sections (IHCP).
