Peroxin 26 Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Peroxin 26 (PEX26) of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PEX26 antibody (A-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PEX26 plays a crucial role in peroxisome biogenesis by facilitating the recruitment and anchoring of Peroxin 1 and Peroxin 6 to the peroxisome membrane, which is essential for the formation of heteromeric AAA ATPase complexes.
