PEBP2β Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects PEBP2β in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PEBP2β, also known as Core Binding Factor β (CBFβ), plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during hematopoiesis and osteogenesis by forming a heterodimer with the PEBP2α subunit, which is essential for DNA binding and transcriptional activation. The interaction between PEBP2β and PEBP2α is vital for proper functioning of the transcription factor complex, as PEBP2β stabilizes the α subunit and enhances DNA affinity.
