PEA3 Antibody (16) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PEA3 p60 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). PEA3 (16) monoclonal antibody is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PEA3 protein, a member of the Ets gene family, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression by binding to specific DNA motifs, which is essential for various cellular processes, including development and differentiation.
