PC-PLD1 Antibody (F-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PC-PLD1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PC-PLD1 antibody (F-12) is available as a non-conjugated format. PC-PLD1 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and membrane dynamics, as PC-PLD1 is involved in the hydrolysis of phosphatidylcholine to produce phosphatidic acid, a key lipid mediator that influences various cellular processes, including cell growth, migration, and differentiation.
