SEE ALSO...

Pax-7 Antibody (PAX7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to detect Pax-7, a crucial member of the paired box (PAX) family of nuclear transcription factors. Anti-Pax-7 antibody (PAX7) is raised against amino acids 352-523 of the chicken Pax-7 protein and demonstrates robust reactivity with Pax-7 from mouse, rat, human, and avian origins, making anti-Pax-7 antibody (PAX7) ideal for applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Pax-7 plays an essential role in embryonic development by regulating the temporal and spatial differentiation of muscle precursor cells, and Pax-7 is vital for the maintenance and function of satellite cells in adult muscle tissue. Pax-7 is involved in various signal transduction pathways that are critical for muscle regeneration and repair, highlighting Pax-7′s importance in both developmental biology and regenerative medicine. Additionally, mutations in the Pax-7 gene have been linked to diseases such as rhabdomyosarcoma, specifically the alveolar subtype (RMS2), underscoring Pax-7′s significance in cancer research. Available in both conjugated and non-conjugated forms, Pax-7 monoclonal antibody (PAX7) provides versatile tools for researchers to investigate the expression, function, and pathological roles of Pax-7 in muscle biology and related disorders. By targeting this key transcription factor, scientists can gain deeper insights into muscle development, regeneration, and the molecular mechanisms underlying muscle-related diseases.
