Pax-3/7 Antibody (B-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that specifically recognizes an epitope mapping between amino acids 439-464 at the C-terminus of human Pax-3. Pax-3 and Pax-7, also known as Paired box protein Pax-3 and Paired box protein Pax-7, are transcription factors essential for early neurogenesis and muscle development. These proteins contain both a paired domain and a homeodomain, enabling them to bind DNA and regulate gene expression during embryonic development.
