PARD6B Antibody (E-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects PARD6B in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PARD6B, also known as PAR-6β, is a crucial component of the cell polarity machinery, playing a significant role in establishing and maintaining cell polarity, which is essential for various cellular processes including asymmetric cell division and tissue organization. This 345 amino acid protein contains a PDZ domain and a CRIB-like motif that facilitates interaction with GTP-bound Rac and Cdc42, as well as with atypical protein kinase C isoforms.
