PAL Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PAL protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PAL antibody (E-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PAL protein, known as protein expressed in activated lymphocytes, plays a crucial role in cell cycle progression, particularly in actively dividing and proliferating cells. PAL functions as an SH2 domain-binding adapter protein essential for linking activated growth factors to downstream signaling pathways, thereby influencing cellular responses to external stimuli.
