    SEE ALSO...

PAL Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PAL protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PAL antibody (E-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PAL protein, known as protein expressed in activated lymphocytes, plays a crucial role in cell cycle progression, particularly in actively dividing and proliferating cells. PAL functions as an SH2 domain-binding adapter protein essential for linking activated growth factors to downstream signaling pathways, thereby influencing cellular responses to external stimuli. PAL presence in these processes highlights PAL′s importance in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation, making PAL a significant target for studies related to immune responses and cancer biology. Additionally, the Src homology 3 (SH3) domain, which is often associated with PAL, mediates negative regulation of nonreceptor tyrosine kinases, further underscoring PAL′s role in maintaining cellular homeostasis.
