    SEE ALSO...

PACSIN2 Antibody (F-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PACSIN2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PACSIN2 antibody (F-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PACSIN2, a member of the PACSIN family of cytoplasmic adapter proteins, plays a crucial role in regulating endocytotic processes, which are vital for cellular communication and nutrient uptake. PACSIN2 shows a vesicle-like distribution within cells, indicating involvement in trafficking membrane-bound vesicles. This localization suggests PACSIN2 may facilitate receptor and protein internalization, influencing various signaling pathways and maintaining cellular homeostasis. PACSIN2 interacts with several proteins, including syndapin 1, FAP52, EM13, and PSTPIP, which are implicated in cytoskeletal organization and cellular signaling. PACSIN2′s widespread expression, in contrast to PACSIN1′s restricted expression in terminally differentiated neural tissue, highlights PACSIN2′s importance in diverse biological processes across different cell types.
