Rated 5 out of 5 by from Immunofluorescence - mouse brain The antibody worked amazingly well. Free-floating section of 20um, from adult mouse brain, with PFA perfusion and 6h post-fixation. Slices were treated with citrate and X-100, and blocked for 30min in 5%FBS. Primary antibody was diluted 1:100 in 5%FBS in PBS.
