SEE ALSO...

P2Y2 Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects P2Y2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-P2Y2 antibody (H-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. P2Y2 (H-5) antibody targets a G protein-coupled receptor that mediates extracellular nucleotide effects, primarily through phospholipase C activation, which is vital for cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and cytokine release. P2Y2 plays a key role in inflammation and vascular damage, showing differential expression in heart, lung, and brain tissues, while maintaining universal presence in leukocytes. P2Y2 (H-5) monoclonal antibody enables research into nucleotide signaling pathways, particularly through P2Y2′s ability to activate potassium channels and inhibit adenylate cyclase and N-type calcium channels, making this antibody valuable for studies focused on immune responses and cardiovascular functions.
