P2X3 Antibody (B-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects P2X3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). P2X3 (B-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. P2X3 is a member of the P2X receptor family, which consists of ligand-gated ion channels that facilitate the influx of calcium ions in response to extracellular ATP.
