Anti-p22-phox antibody (CS9) specifically binds to an epitope located between amino acids 165-169 near the C-terminus of p22-phox, enabling effective detection in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p22-phox is a crucial component of the NADPH oxidase complex, which resides in the membranes of phagocytes, neuroepithelial cells, vascular smooth muscle cells, and endothelial cells.
