- gRNA sequences are derived from the GeCKO (v2) library and direct the Cas9 protein to induce a site-specific double strand break (DSB) in the genomic DNA
- **** NOTE: No corresponding HDR is available for this Knockout Plasmid. **** Please use sc-400441-KO-2 and sc-400441-HDR-2 if selection of cells using puromycin resistance is desired.
