Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent antibody!!!We used this antibody to selectively detect the phosphorylation of ribosomal protein S6 by p70 S6K in PC-3 cells by Western blot. When used at 1:1000 (in TBST-3% BSA) this antibody yields a single band at the expected MW. Inhibiting mTOR with rapamycin or YM155, as expected, completely ihibits the signal.
