SEE ALSO...

p-p38 MAPK Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that specifically detects Tyr 182 phosphorylated p38 alpha MAPK14, p38 beta MAPK11, and p38 gamma MAPK12 in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-p38 MAPK (E-1) antibody is available in non-conjugated form and conjugated to agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® variants. p38 MAPK proteins are essential mediators of cellular stress responses and inflammatory signals, regulating biological processes including cell differentiation, apoptosis, and cytokine production. p38 MAPK proteins primarily reside in the cytoplasm but can move to the nucleus in response to specific stimuli, enabling direct influence on gene expression and impact on cell cycle regulation and survival. Post-translational modifications, particularly phosphorylation on threonine and tyrosine residues, are crucial for p38 MAPK activation and downstream signaling cascades. anti-p38 MAPK antibody (E-1) serves as a valuable research tool for investigating p38 MAPK signaling pathways and their roles in cancer and inflammatory disorders.
