Datasheets
  • p-Integrin α4/ITGA4/CD49d Antibody (αPSα4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG κ provided at 200 µg/ml
  • raised against a peptide corresponding to an internal region including phosphorylated Serine 988 of human Integrin α4
  • recommended for detection of Ser 988 phosphorylated Integrin α4 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP and IF; non cross-reactive with unphosphorylated Integrin α4
  • m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgGκ BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for p-Integrin α4/ITGA4/CD49d Antibody (αPSα4) for WB applications. These reagents are now offered in bundles with p-Integrin α4/ITGA4/CD49d Antibody (αPSα4) (see ordering information below).

    SEE ALSO...

p-Integrin α4 Antibody (αPSα4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG antibody that detects p-Integrin α4 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). p-Integrin α4 plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signaling, functioning as a key component of the integrin family, which consists of heterodimers formed by noncovalently associated transmembrane α and β subunits. p-Integrin α4 specifically interacts with various ligands, including fibronectin and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), facilitating important cellular processes such as leukocyte migration and tissue infiltration during immune responses. p-Integrin α4 mediates interactions vital for maintaining proper immune function and tissue homeostasis, influencing cell adhesion, migration, and overall inflammatory response. anti-p-Integrin α4 antibody (αPSα4) enables researchers to gain insights into integrin-mediated signaling mechanisms and implications in various physiological and pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases and cancer.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with p-Integrin α4 (αPSα4): sc-23943?

    Asked by: DefinitelyNotMatt
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
