p-Akt1/2/3 Antibody (A-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects the phosphorylated form of the Akt1, Akt2, and Akt3 proteins, specifically targeting a sequence containing phosphorylated Thr 308 of Akt2 in mouse, rat, and human samples. The Akt family, also known as protein kinase B isoforms, plays a central role in cellular processes such as metabolism, cell survival, and growth regulation.
