OST48 Antibody (H-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects OST48 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). OST48 is a crucial component of the mammalian oligosaccharyltransferase (OST) complex, which plays a vital role in the cotranslational N-glycosylation of newly synthesized polypeptides.
