Osgep Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Osgep protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Osgep antibody (H-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Osgep protein, also known as O-sialoglycoprotein endopeptidase or GCPL1, plays a crucial role in the cleavage of membrane glycoproteins that contain clusters of O-linked sialoglycans, specifically targeting the 31-Arg-l-Asp-32 bond in glycophorin A.
