Op18 Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Op18 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Op18 antibody (E-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Op18, also known as oncoprotein 18, stathmin, prosolin, or metablastin, is a highly conserved, tubulin-associated intracellular phosphoprotein that plays a pivotal role in regulating microtubule dynamics. Op18′s ability to modulate microtubule stability is crucial for proper cell division and differentiation, making Op18 an essential player in various cellular processes.
