At what molecular weight should the band be seen in Western Blot with OctA-Probe (F-tag-01): sc-51590 monoclonal antibody?

Thank you for your question. The molecular weight expected varies depending on the fusion protein you are trying to detect, equal to the protein of interest plus the weight of the OctA tag that it is fused to.
