OAZ Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects OAZ protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). OAZ (B-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. OAZ protein, also known as Olf-1/EBF associated zinc finger or Roaz, is a critical 30-zinc finger DNA-binding factor that plays a significant role in the regulation of gene expression in response to bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2) activation.
