    SEE ALSO...

NVL Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NVL protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NVL (G-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NVL protein, also known as nuclear valosin-containing protein-like, is a crucial member of the AAA ATPase family, consisting of 856 amino acids and playing a significant role in ATP-dependent nuclear processes and ribosome synthesis. NVL is predominantly localized in the nucleus, which is vital for regulating essential cellular activities, including cell cycle and membrane functions. Nuclear presence allows for efficient interaction with various substrates involved in these processes, ensuring proper cellular function and response to stress. Additionally, NVL exists in three alternatively spliced isoforms, which may contribute to diverse functional roles. NVL protein is widely expressed, with highest levels found in pancreas, retina, heart, skeletal muscle, and placenta, underscoring importance in various physiological contexts.
