Nur77 Antibody (E-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Nur77 in mouse and rat samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Nur77 antibody (E-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Nur77, also known as NGFI-B, is an orphan nuclear receptor that plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression in response to growth factors and is involved in the immediate early response to cellular stimuli. Nur77 is primarily located in the nucleus, where Nur77 functions as a transcription factor, influencing the expression of genes associated with T cell activation and apoptosis. Nuclear localization of Nur77 is vital for mediating T cell receptor (TCR)-induced apoptosis, as Nur77 interacts directly with DNA and regulates target gene transcription.
